What this tool is
Professional Panic Suite is a document-generation tool for independent contractors. It helps you respond to scope creep, boundary violations, and undercharging with a clear, professional document. It is not a law firm, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.
You are responsible for the content and final use of any document or email draft the suite generates. Have material agreements reviewed by an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions and the Panic Pass
Paid plans renew automatically at $19/month or $179/year until canceled. Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing support@professionalpanicsuite.com.
The 72-hour Panic Pass is a one-time $7 charge. There is no subscription and no renewal. Access expires automatically when the 72 hours are up.
Acceptable use
The suite is for honest, evidence-based communication with your clients. You may not use it to generate fraudulent documents, fabricate facts, or impersonate another party. Doing so terminates your access.
Ownership and data
You retain ownership of every input you provide and every document the suite generates from your inputs. We use anonymized usage data only to improve the product, per our Privacy Policy.
